Marketing solutions · Lead generationLeads that turn into meetings.
A lead sitting in a spreadsheet for three days is no longer a lead. FinixPhone connects acquisition to execution: the campaign creates the interest, the CRM creates the record within the second, and the rep calls back while the intent is still warm.
- Real timeLeads pushed into the CRM
- MultichannelVoice, SMS, RCS, IVR
- TraceableSource and consent
Six ways to open a conversation.
No single channel is enough. An effective set-up combines a channel that reaches, a channel that qualifies and a channel that closes — all attached to the same customer file.
Managed outbound calling
Call campaigns from the call center software: prioritised lists, automatic callbacks, scripts and per-agent tracking.
SMS campaigns
SMS to reach wide and fast, with tracked links and replies pushed into the contact record.
RCS messages
RCS when the offer needs a visual and a "call me back" button right inside the conversation.
Interactive voice response
An IVR that pre-qualifies callers, routes them to the right team and records the reason before anyone even picks up.
Dedicated numbers per campaign
One number per operation: you know which campaign generates the calls, and the context appears before the rep answers.
Consented data
The B2C base to address qualified profiles you do not have in your portfolio yet.
The journey of a lead
- 1Frame
Offer, target, area, promise and the criteria for an acceptable lead. This is where the quality of everything else is decided.
- 2Generate
Multichannel broadcast on your files or a rented audience, with one message per segment rather than one message for everyone.
- 3Qualify
Replies, clicks and calls create the record, fill the fields and filter out off-target requests.
- 4Route
Assignment to the right rep, callback triggered within the minute, meeting booked in the calendar and tracked through to signature.
Across the EU, cold calling consumers is bound by permitted days and time slots, requires the caller to identify themselves in the opening seconds, and means honouring do-not-call schemes. FinixPhone applies those rules at platform level — calling windows, suppression lists, consent traceability — so the burden does not rest on your agents' memory. Rules differ by country; we configure them per market.
What you measure
Cost per lead, campaign by campaign and channel by channel.
Appointments booked, and above all appointments actually held.
Time elapsed between lead creation and the first callback.
Lead-to-customer conversion, by source and by sales rep.
These indicators are computed from your own campaigns: we do not promise a figure before measuring it on your data.
Why leads get lost
Rarely because the targeting was wrong. Far more often because the lead was called back too late, assigned to nobody, or qualified twice by two different people. Connecting acquisition to the CRM and the phone system removes those breaks: one source, automatic assignment, a shared history.
Which industries
Energy and home improvement, insurance and health cover, real estate, training, e-commerce: anywhere a meeting or a call decides the sale, and where the volume of inbound contacts drives revenue.
In-house or outsourced
The set-up works with your own teams as well as with an outsourcer. Either way the platform, the recordings, the leads and the statistics remain your property: you can change commercial operator without losing your history.
Start small
One narrow target, one channel, one message, one sample. The first returns show which segment responds and which argument works; the budget then goes to what has been verified, not to a hypothesis.
Frequently asked questions about lead generation
What counts as a qualified lead?
A contact who has shown explicit interest in your offer — a click, a reply, a callback request, a completed form — and for whom the minimum qualification data is present: identity, contact details, project and, in some cases, eligibility. At FinixPhone a lead arrives with its source, its timestamp and its proof of consent.
Who makes the calls: your teams or mine?
FinixPhone provides the acquisition chain — data, channels, platform, CRM and telephony — which your teams operate directly. If you work with an outsourcer or an external call centre, they operate on the same platform: the leads, the recordings and the statistics stay with you.
How quickly do leads arrive?
In real time. A click, a reply or a form immediately creates the record in the CRM, assigns it to the right rep and triggers a callback task. It is the callback delay, far more than the volume, that determines the conversion rate.
How are results measured?
Per campaign: contacts addressed, messages read, clicks, leads created, leads reached, meetings booked, meetings held, deals signed. You get a cost per lead and a cost per meeting actually held, not just a cost per message sent.
Do I need an existing contact base?
No. You can start from your own files, or rent a consented audience from the B2C base — targeted by geography, profile, housing and purchase intent — and work it from the CRM afterwards.
What does it cost?
It depends on the targeting, the volume, the channels activated and the level of qualification expected. Each set-up is quoted on request, after a framing session on your offer and your target.
Let's work out your cost per meeting.
A thirty-minute framing session on your offer and your target, then a small-scale test set-up.
