Account openingOpen a FinixPhone account
There is no self-service sign-up: an account commits seats, numbers and a billing mode, so it starts with a quote. In practice you send us six details, you receive a costed proposal, and provisioning follows. Count five seats as the minimum.

Six steps, from request to go-live.
None of them is a hidden formality — this is what actually happens, in order.
- 1 · You describe your setup — company, seats, countries, numbers to port, billing mode, call volume. The buttons on this page pre-fill the message.
- 2 · You receive a quote — degressive grid for your seat count, number costs, and the commitment, setup and porting terms that apply to your case.
- 3 · You approve it — the account is created and access is granted, with the roles you define.
- 4 · Numbers are provisioned — new numbers allocated, or yours ported across. This is the step that sets the timetable, because it depends on your current operator.
- 5 · The platform is configured — voice menu, queues, routing, opening hours, and the coupling with your CRM.
- 6 · Your teams are trained, then you go live — an hour is enough for agents; most of the training effort goes to supervisors.

If you would rather watch the platform work before committing to anything, ask for a demonstration rather than a quote.
Frequently asked questions
Can we sign up online, on our own?
No, and that is deliberate. A FinixPhone account commits seats, numbers and a billing mode that depend on your organisation, so the quote comes first. In practice it stops you discovering afterwards that what you subscribed to did not match your setup.
What is the minimum to open an account?
Five seats — a seat being one agent connected at the same time. That is the deployment floor on both the Unlimited and the Per-minute licence. Details are on the pricing page.
What do you need from us?
Six items: your company and contact person, the number of seats, the countries involved, the numbers to port with their current operator, the billing mode you want, and your estimated call volume. Both buttons on this page pre-fill that message.
How long before we can make calls?
Configuration is counted in days. What sets the timetable is number porting: timescales depend on your current operator, the country and the number type. Send us your number list and we will confirm a schedule rather than an average.
What are the upfront costs?
On the Unlimited licence there is no balance to fund. On the Per-minute licence, a minimum top-up of 200 € funds the account. Any setup fees and commitment terms appear on your quote, because they depend on your configuration.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. Seats are added online, and the unit price is degressive as the floor grows. That is the normal way to run a seasonal or growing operation.
Do we need to buy hardware?
No switchboard to install. The platform runs in a browser, and existing IP phones can often be kept depending on compatibility. The one purchase we recommend systematically is a decent headset.
Who is responsible for the contacts we call?
You are. Consent is the responsibility of the principal, and since 11 August 2026 telephone marketing without prior consent is no longer permitted in France. See security and compliance, and B2C database rental if you need consented contacts.
Send us your six details.
You receive a costed proposal, degressive grid included, and confirmation of which of your numbers can be ported.
