Are the marketing solutions included in the plans?
No. A plan covers the platform — CRM, telephony, seats, numbers, support. SMS, RCS, B2C database rental and lead generation are billed on usage, on top and only if you switch them on. You can also take them on their own, without a plan: they work with the CRM you already have.
Why aren't the marketing prices published?
Because there is no single unit price: an SMS does not cost the same depending on monthly volume and destination country, and a B2C audience depends on how precise the targeting is. Publishing a figure would mean publishing the least favourable one. Tell us your volume and your target on WhatsApp and you get a quote, preceded by a count for data.
What's the difference between the cloud solution and the licence?
The cloud solution is your access to the FinixPhone platform (CRM + telephony): €65/month. The licence is charged per seat (connected agent): €80/month unlimited France landline & mobile, €10/month per-minute. A 5-seat floor on the Unlimited licence therefore pays 5 × €80 + the cloud solution.
What does "connection billing from the 11th seat" mean?
On the Unlimited licence, the first 10 seats enjoy unlimited France landline & mobile calling with no extra fee. From the 11th seat, connection billing applies. The rate depends on your volume and is provided on quote, together with the seats concerned.
How does seat pricing change with the number of seats?
Monthly seat cost is degressive: the more seats on your floor, the lower the unit price — €80/month is the reference rate from 5 seats (minimum). Tell us your headcount on WhatsApp and we'll send the grid for your setup.
What are the per-minute rates on the Per-minute plan?
They depend on the destinations called (France landline, France mobile, international) and are provided on quote, then visible directly in your FinixPhone workspace. You fund your account with top-ups of at least €200; cloud and seat fees are waived and credited back to your balance whenever monthly consumption exceeds €2,000.
Who is responsible for consent?
Consent is the responsibility of the client (principal), represented by its contact centre or its processor; FinixPhone accepts no liability for those contacts. If you would rather work on consented contacts supplied with proof of consent, see B2C database rental.
Commitment, setup, number porting: where are the terms?
Commitment terms, any setup fees and porting of your existing numbers are detailed in your quote. Message us on WhatsApp with your seat count and target plan and you'll receive a complete, itemised proposal.
